Our Training and Development Team ensures that our staff are equipped with the skills needed to deliver excellent care and education to children. They provide comprehensive training in child development, safety, curriculum, and more.
Our Operations Team oversees the daily running of our centres, including logistics, maintenance, administration, and regulatory compliance. This allows our educators to focus on what they do best – nurturing young minds.
Our Academic Team is comprised of passionate educators trained in the latest educational practices, including SKM and PERMATA. In addition to holding teaching qualifications, they undergo regular training at the National Institute of Child Care and Education (NICCE) to stay up to date with the latest educational practices and pedagogies.
As part of our commitment to safety and well-being, our Academic Team also receives CPR and first aid training, typhoid vaccinations, and ongoing professional development – ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for every child in our care.
